Ticketmaster is the only company authorized to process Eldorado and Silver Legacy ticket sales. Tickets purchased from websites other than Eldoradoreno.com and Ticketmaster.com may not be valid. All Sales are final. No refunds, or exchanges. Purchaser must present matching photo ID to pick up tickets at will call. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. The venue reserves the right to implement security procedures designed to protect the experience for all of our customers.
